Description: it is made from the grapes of Merlot (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), and Cabernet Franc (10%) varieties. It matures for 8-12 months in oak barrels. It is intense ruby in colour, has fruity aroma in which you can recognize blackberry, strawberry, and black currant as well as elegant notes of oak and spices. It is mild, full, has good structure and proper acidity, rich, round, delicately tannin. Long at the palate, develops the notes of vanilla and cinnamon. The temperature of serving:16-18 C. it goes well with wild birds, beef loin, hard and semi-hard cheese.
